Description:
This project required the complete interior renovation of 15 story office building including demolition and build out of all interior spaces. Work included hazardous material abatement, extensive structural repairs, all new mechanical/electrical systems, complete fit out of office spaces, new cafeteria space, and new elevator systems.

Project challenges included restrictive security requirements for the State Department, very limited site and staging, extensive redesign, and incorporation of new mechanical/electrical systems in a 14” ceiling space.
