Description:
This project required the complete replacement of historical metal roofs and skylights, exterior portico modifications, interior laylight repairs, mechanical system renovations, ornamental metal work, and addition for handicap access.

Special challenges included maintenance of watertightness to protect galleries below, extensive scaffolding for access, protection of historic surfaces, restricted site and staging, and special historical glass laylight restoration.
