Description:
Renovation of the Jefferson Memorial is occurring over several phases. Phase I included construction of new support facilities such as a visitor center and owner space underneath the Memorial. Phase II included general sitework and miscellaneous restoration. The next phase is restoration of the stone within the Memorial. Finally, the Memorial will have upgraded security at the perimeter.

Work includes demolition, temporary facilities, excavation and shoring, concrete, mechanical/electrical systems, high end finishes, site utilities, lighting, roads, walks, landscaping, scaffolding and stone restoration.
