Description:
Initial project work involved demolition of mechanical, electrical and architectural elements in exhibit space, including removal of lead paint and PCBs. The Rotunda area was repaired including stone restoration and painting. Finally, the new Mammal Hall exhibit was built including all structural, mechanical, electrical work and finishes. In addition, designing, furnishing, and installing the exhibits under this contract were significant, almost half of the contract amount.
