Description:
Building exterior repairs to the National Gallery included complete
replacement of the roof and skylights and repairs to exterior stone
steps. Associated work included extensive hazmat abatement, stone
repairs and restoration, new walks, and landscaping.
Inside the building the Sculpture Gallery was added in existing
space. The work included demolition and installation of complete
mechanical/electrical systems. Sculpture Gallery finishes included
ornamental stone, plaster, and wood floors. Other interior renovations
included replacement of significant portions of existing mechanical/electrical
systems and renovations to the Director’s Office.
The renovation of the Garden Pavilion (in the Sculpture Garden)
included design and construction services to provide a restaurant.
This included all associated mechanical, electrical and finish work.
